多种教学模式相结合在精神科护理学教学中的应用

摘  要: 目的探讨多种教学模式在精神科护理学教学中的应用。方法在进行精神科护理学授课时,选取本校2014级护理本科三年级学生28名作为对照组,采用传统LBL教学模式进行授课;另选取本校2015年级护理本科三年级学生33名作为观察组,采用多种教学模式相结合的教学方式进行授课。对比两组学生学习结束后的平时成绩、理论成绩以及对教学满意度的差异。结果观察组学生的平时成绩包括课堂参与度、讨论汇报、点评、课堂作业等课堂综合测试均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组学生的理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组对多种教学模式相结合的教学方式满意度为93.94%;对照组对传统LBL教学模式的满意度为73%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科护理学教学中,采用多种教学模式相结合的教学方式更优于传统LBL教学模式,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application of multiple teaching modes in psychiatric nursing teaching.Methods In the teaching of psychiatric nursing,28 cases of junior nursing undergraduates of grade 2014 were selected as the control group,and they were taught by the traditional LBL teaching mode.33 junior nursing undergraduates of grade 2015 were selected as the observation group,and they were taught in ways of combining a variety of teaching modes.We compared the differences of usual grades,theoretical scores and satisfaction between the two groups of students.Results The average scores of students of the observation group,including classroom participation,discussion report,comments,and classroom assignments,were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in theoretical scores(P>0.05).The satisfaction on teaching of the observation group was 93.94%,and that of control group was 73%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the teaching of psychiatric nursing,the teaching method combining multiple teaching modes is better than the traditional LBL teaching,which is worthy of promotion.
