摘　　要： 外源型产业集聚与本土产业升级有内在的联系,中国产业升级很大一部分先由外商投资产业及企业推动,最为典型的是中国国家级经济技术开发区。中国开发区的产业发展首先从高素质的外源型产业集聚起步,将开发区融入全球化、价值链系统中,加快外源性产业集聚进程,由此使得本土产业升级路径沿着全球价值链的底端向两端发展,逐步走过从OEM、OAM(委托加工、贴牌生产)到ODM(自主设计和加工)的基本路径,从而取得产业升级的初始路径。在新的条件下,必须创新发展思维与路径,使得本土产业升级更具可持续性。 The gathering of foreign-introduced industry has an interconnection with local industrial upgrading.Most industrial upgrading in China was first propelled by foreign investments and corporation promotion,and the Chinese National Economic Technology Development Zone is a typical case.The development of industries in Chinese development zones started off from the gathering of high-quality foreign-introduced industries,and blended into a globalization and value chain system,which sped up the gathering of industries.It helps local industries to upgrade from the bottom of the value chain to the two ends,from OEM and OAM to ODM,which achieves the basic way of industry upgrading.In this new environment,industries ought to innovate and keep the upgrading sustainable.
