摘　　要： 消费主义导致的消费目标偏离、需求信号扭曲和企业创新动力缺失,是产能过剩的重要诱因。绿色消费能够通过示范效应、诱致效应和政策效应推动消费,实现绿色生产,优化产业结构,从而达到化解产能过剩的目的。应通过树立绿色消费理念提升内在消费品质,推行绿色生产对接绿色消费需求,推进绿色消费检验创新与生产绩效等途径,引导市场供求平衡,有效治理产能过剩。 The prevalence of consumerism will lead to the deviation of consumption target,the distortion of demand signal and the lack of innovation power of enterprises,thus laying the foundation for overcapacity.Green consumption can promote consumption through demonstration effect,inducement effect and policy effect,realize green production,optimize industrial structure,and achieve the goal of controlling overcapacity.Therefore,by promoting the concept of green consumption to improve the internal consumption quality,promoting green production to meet green consumption demand,promoting green consumption to test innovation and production performance,we can effectively guide the balance of social supply and demand,and avoid largescale overcapacity.
