组织间信任的研究述评与未来展望
A Review and Future Prospect of Research on Inter-Organizational Trust

摘  要: 组织间信任是组织在网络与跨组织系统中取得成功的重要因素。基于可视化分析软件CiteSpace的指引,本文综述发现,对组织间信任的概念理解要突破现有文献单一的视角,从行为、认知、态度及信仰等层面进行建构,综合考量制度性、环境特征等,并关注从“信任方—被信任方”两方面进行系统研究。组织间信任具有关系性、互惠性、动态性及背叛性等积极与消极特征,但现有文献对这些特征的研究较为零散,缺乏对概念内涵、前因结果及动态性等的系统性把握,未来研究要从概念界定与扩展、研究主题深入(组织间信任的整合分析、前因研究、互为因果研究、“阴暗面”及特殊情境研究)及方法层面(跨层与多元动态层面)等角度切入。 Inter-organizational trust is an important factor in the success of organizations in networks or interorganizational systems.Based on the guidance of the visualizing analysis software CiteSpace,this article finds that the understanding of inter-organizational trust must make a breakthrough beyond the single perspective of the existing literature and the concept should be constructed from the united perspectives of behavior,cognition,attitude,and belief,taking institution and environment characters into consideration together.Meanwhile,we should conduct systematic researches on inter-organizational trust from two aspects of“trusting partytrusted party”.Inter-organizational trust has positive and negative characteristics such as guanxi;reciprocity,dynamicity and betrayal.However,the existing literature studying on these characteristics is scattered and lacking in a systematic grasp of conceptual connotation,antecedentsor outcomes,and dynamics.Therefore,future research should be developed based on the definition and extension of concepts,the more in-depth research topics(integration analysis of inter-organizational,antecedents,reciprocal loop,“dark side”and special situation research)and method level(cross-level and multi-dynamics level).
