摘　　要： 目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期间心理弹性状况及影响因素。方法选取2018年1—12月我院收治的妇科肿瘤患者88例为研究对象,调查其心理弹性现状及其一般资料,分析妇科肿瘤化疗期间心理弹性状况的相关影响因素。结果调查结果显示,心理弹性总平均分为(60.87±8.53)分,整体处于较低水平,其中坚韧(36.75±5.49)分、自强(17.63±4.72)分及乐观(8.71±2.69)分;文化程度、收入水平、肿瘤分期及化疗疗程均为妇科肿瘤化疗期间心理弹性现状的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论影响妇科肿瘤化疗期间心理弹性现状的主要影响因素较多,临床应转变医学模式,采取整体护理,提高患者心理弹性水平。 Objective To explore the status of psychological elasticity and its influencing factors in patients during the period of gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods To select 88 cases of patients with gynecological malignant tumors treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 as the study subjects,and to investigate the status of their psychological elasticity and general data to analyze the related influencing factors of psychological elasticity during the period of chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors.Results The survey results showed that the overall average score of psychological elasticity was(60.87±8.53)points,which was at a relatively low level,including(36.75±5.49)points of tenacity,(17.63±4.72)points of self-reliance,and(8.71±2.69)points of optimism.The educational level,income level,tumor stage and chemotherapy course were all the independent influencing factors of psychological elasticity during the period of gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many main influencing factors affecting the status of psychological elasticity during the period of gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy.The clinical medical mode should be changed clinically,and holistic nursing should be adopted to improve the patient's level of psychological elasticity.
