摘　　要： 目的优选布芍调脂胶囊的提取工艺。方法通过观察不同工艺提取物对尾静脉注射Triton WR-1339所致小鼠实验性高脂血症的影响结果筛选工艺路线,再以芍药苷的提取率及固形物质量为综合评分指标,采用正交试验法,考察提取时间、提取次数及加水倍量对布芍调脂胶囊提取工艺的影响。结果筛选出的提取路线为全方水提取,经过优化的水提工艺为加14倍量水,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论优选的工艺稳定可行,可为该方的继续开发提供实验依据。 Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of Bu shao Tiaozhi capsule.Methods The extraction technology route was screened by observing the effects of different extracts on experimental hyperlipidemia in mice induced by tail vein injection of Triton WR-1339.With the extraction rate of paeoniflorin and solid content as the comprehensive scoring indexes,orthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of extraction duration,extraction times and water addition on the extraction process of Bu shao Tiaozhi capsule.Results The best water extraction process was addition of 14 volumes of water,extract for 1.5 h,twice.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and feasible,and provides experimental basis for the further development of this prescription.
