心电编辑功能在心律不齐冠状动脉CTA中的应用

摘  要: 目的:探讨运用人工心电编辑功能在心律不齐患者冠状动脉CTA中的应用。方法:对2019年4月份我院临床拟诊为冠心病且出现心律不齐,经320排CT及心电门控冠脉CTA检查并诊断为快心率的患者55例,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组以原始容积数据进行图像重建,试验组对原始容积数据的心电图进行人工心电编辑后进行图像重建,对比两组患者血管的图像质量并进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的图像质量评分远高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组和实验组的图像平均优良率分别为9.55%、69.10%,两组数据对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于心律不齐患者,采用320排CT回顾性心电门控扫描方案进行人工心电编辑功能重建血管图像,可以显著提高图像质量以满足临床诊断的要求。 Objective:To explore the application of artificial ECG editing function in coronary CTA in patients with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 55 patients with coronary heart disease who developed arrhythmia and were diagnosed as having a rapid heart rate by 320-slice CT and ECG-gated coronary CTA in April 2019 were randomly divided into controls.In the group and the experimental group,the control group used the original volume data for image reconstruction.The experimental group performed artificial ECG editing on the ECG of the original volume data and reconstructed the image.The image quality of the blood vessels of the two groups was compared and statistical analysis was performed.Results:The image quality score of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average excellent and good rate of the control group and the experimental group were 9.55%and 69.10%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with arrhythmia,a 320-slice CT retrospective ECG-gated scanning protocol for artificial ECG editing to reconstruct blood vessel images can significantly improve image quality to meet clinical diagnostic requirements.
