摘　　要： 现代学徒制日益成为我国高职教育的焦点问题,在推行的过程中,各利益相关主体之间会进行各种博弈,利益均衡与否直接关系到现代学徒制试点工作的成功与否。为了实现现代学徒制的可持续发展,必须对各利益相关者的利益诉求进行分析,并指出在实践过程中存在的问题,从政府层面、高职院校层面、企业层面以及行业层面四个最关键的利益主体提出了高职现代学徒制的优化路径。 Modern apprenticeship has increasingly become the focus of higher vocational education in China.In the process of implementation,various stakeholders will play various games.The balance of interests is directly related to the success of the modern apprenticeship pilot work.In order to realize the sustainable development of modern apprenticeship,it is necessary to analyze the interests of all stakeholders and point out the problems in the process of practice,from the four most important stakeholders:government level,higher vocational college level,the enterprise level and the industry level,the optimization path of the modern apprenticeship system is proposed.
