摘　　要： 目的探讨Survivin和Maspin在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测65例宫颈癌组织、35例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)组织和35例正常宫颈组织中Survivin和Maspin的表达水平。结果Survivin在正常宫颈、CIN和宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0.00%、51.43%和73.85%,Maspin则分别为80.00%、57.14%和27.69%。其中宫颈癌和CIN组织中Survivin阳性表达率均高于正常宫颈组织,且宫颈癌组织中Survivin阳性表达更显著;而宫颈癌组织中Maspin的阳性表达率低于CIN和正常宫颈组织,且CIN组织中Maspin的阳性表达率亦低于正常宫颈组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。Survivin表达水平与宫颈癌组织学分化程度、FIGO分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而Maspin表达水平则与宫颈癌FIGO分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 Survivin和Maspin可能参与了宫颈癌的发生、发展过程,其表达水平的检测对分析、研判宫颈癌的预后评估及生物学行为有一定的辅助作用。 Objective To analyze the expression of survivin and maspin in cervical cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of Survivin and Maspin in 65 cases of cervical cancer tissues,35 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissues and 35 cases of normal cervical tissues. Results The rate of survivin positive expression in normal cervical,CIN and cervical cancer tissues was 0.00%,51.43% and 73.85%,respectively,while that of maspin positive expression in normal cervical,CIN and cervical cancer tissues was 80.00%,57.14% and 27.69%.The rate of Survivin positive expression in CIN and cervical cancer tissues was all significantly higher than that of normal cervical tissues and the Survivin positive expression in cervical cancer tissues was more significant. The rate of Maspin positive expression in cervical cancer tissues was lower than that in CIN and normal cervical tissues,and the rate of Maspin positive expression in CIN was lower than that in normal cervical tissues,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or 0.01).The expression of Survivin was correlated to histologic differentiation of cervical cancer tissues,FIGO stage and lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05);and the expression of maspin was correlated to FIGO stage and lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Survivin and Maspin may participate in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,so the detection of the expression of survivin and maspin may help to analyze and study the prognosis evaluation of cervical cancer and biological behaviors.
