摘　　要： 目的:探讨经皮加压钢板(PCCP)与股骨近端髓内钉-A(PFN-A)对不稳定转子间骨折治疗效果。方法:收集笔者所在医院2011年2月-2014年2月诊治的不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者60例作为研究对象,以随机分组的方式分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用PFN-A治疗,观察组患者采用PCCP治疗,观察两组患者手术情况,并采用Harris评分对治疗前后患肢功能恢复情况进行评估。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下地活动时间、骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前Harris评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者手术治疗后Harris评分均明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术治疗后Harris评分明显高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCCP在治疗不稳定型转子间骨折具有微创、并发症少等特点,能促进骨折愈合和患肢功能恢复。 Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous compression plate (PCCP) and proximal femoral nail-A (PFN-A) on unstable intertrochanteric fractures.Method:A total of 60 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with PFN-A. The patients in the observation group were treated with PCCP.The operative time,blood loss during surgery,time to go out of the earth,fracture healing time, and Harris score before and after treatment were used to assess the functional recovery of the limb.Result:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,time of activity in the field and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between Harris score before treatment in the two groups.statistical significance (P>0.05).Harris scores after surgery in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Harris scores were significantly higher in the observation group after surgery than in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:PCCP has the characteristics of minimal invasion,less complications in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures,and can promote fracture healing and functional recovery of affected limbs.
