摘　　要： 目的研究使用中药穴位贴敷来帮助开展早期稽留流产的治疗护理工作并观察最终的效果。方法将我院在2016年8月～2017年6月收治的早期稽留流产的84例患者患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,其中观察组44例,对照组40例。对照组患者仅使用西药治疗并进行常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上辅助使用中药穴位贴进行治疗与护理。结果观察组患者最终的治疗有效率为93.2%,对照组患者收到的治疗有效率为77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在为早期稽留流产患者进行治疗与护理时可以考虑为其使用中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗,可以让患者收到更好的安胎效果,有利于孕妇及胎儿的健康。该法具有相当的临床推广意义。 Objective To explore the use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application to cure early missed abortion and observe the final effect.Methods Eighty-four patients with early missed abortion admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=44)and observation group(n=40).The controls were treated only with western medicine and routine nursing,and the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint paste.Results Total effective rate in the patients was 93.2% and in the controls 77.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients can be treated and nursed with early missed abortion,we can use traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application to assist the treatment,which can make the patients get better effect of placenta.This treatment is beneficial to the health of pregnant women and fetuses and has considerable clinical significance.
