摘　　要： 劳动收入份额变动是探究收入均衡分配的重要方向。本文基于技术进步偏向对劳动收入份额的影响路径,使用省级层面面板数据,通过供给面标准化系统法测算省级技术进步偏向,并在实证考察技术进步偏向促使劳动收入份额下降作用的基础上,重新探究技术进步偏向、资本与劳动的要素禀赋效应、产业结构变迁对劳动收入份额发生的逆转作用。结果显示:第一,技术进步偏向通过不同程度地作用于各省份资本与劳动的相对边际产出,影响劳动收入份额变动。整体上,1990-2016年技术进步偏向不仅可以解释劳动收入份额的下降趋势,而且能够解释2007年以来劳动收入份额出现的上升趋势。第二,资本与劳动的要素禀赋是使劳动收入份额变动的关键要素,与劳动收入份额呈稳定负相关关系。第一产业比重、第三产业比重与劳动收入份额呈稳定正相关关系。第三,基于产业结构对要素收入分配格局的作用,进一步考察再次表明产业结构是作用于劳动收入份额变化的重要因素。 The change of labor share is an important direction to explore the balanced distribution of income.Based on the influence of biased technical change on the labor share,this paper measures biased technical change through the normalized supply-side system,tests the biased technical change to the downward trend of labor share,and then explores the biased technical change,the factor endowment effect of capital and labor,and the industrial structure change on the reversal effect of labor share by using the provincial-level panel data.The results show that:Firstly,biased technical change tends to change the trend of labor share by differently affecting the relative marginal output of capital and labor in various provinces.Overall,biased technical change can not only explain the downward trend of the labor share,but also can explain the upward trend of the labor share from 2007.Secondly,the factor endowment effect of capital and labor is also a key factor that affects the change of labor share,and it has a stable negative correlation with the labor share.The proportion of primary industry and the proportion of tertiary industry have a stable positive correlation with the labor share.Thirdly,based on the influence of industrial structure on the factor distribution,further investigation shows that the industrial structure is an important factor that affects the change of labor share.
