摘 要: 教师、教材、教法"三教"改革贯穿于教育教学的全过程,是促进专业内涵建设的致胜法宝,是保证高职百万扩招质量的关键。百万扩招背景下,教师要更新教育观念,提升教师信息技术能力,加强不同师资之间的交流与合作,实现协同育人的目的。着力加大开发新形态一体化教材的力度,加强校企合作教学资源库的建设。创新信息化教学方法,针对不同生源因材施教、分类施教,并发挥模块化教学的功能。 Teaching-related reform is usually called "Three-T Reform" for it refers to reforms in terms of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods. Going through the whole process of education and teaching, these three elements work together to promote the connotative construction of disciplines and thus ensure the quality of "million expansion of enrollment" of vocational colleges. Teachers should update their ideas, enhance their information-based capabilities and strengthen exchange and cooperation with other teachers so as to achieve the goal of collaborative education. Efforts should also be made to develop new integrated teaching materials and build teaching resource database through school-enterprise cooperation. Information-based teaching methods should be innovated. Teachers should use such methods as are best adapted to the students, giving full play to modular teaching.
