摘　　要： 静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)是髋、膝关节置换术后最严重的并发症之一。关于髋、膝关节置换术后如何选择最佳的抗凝方案仍存在较大的争议。其中,阿司匹林作为传统的抗凝药物,对心脑血管疾病的疗效明确。近年来,有学者报道使用阿司匹林预防髋、膝关节置换术后静脉血栓形成,认为阿司匹林与其他抗凝药同样有效。因此,本文对目前阿司匹林预防静脉血栓的机制、用量用法、并发症、疗效做一综述。 Venous thromboembolism(VTE)is a severe complication after hip and knee arthroplasty.The most effective agent for prophylaxis against VTE after total hip or joint arthroplasty remains unknown.Aspirin,as a traditional anticoagulant drug,has a definite effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In recent years,aspirin has shown to be an agent as effective as the other anticoagulant drugs for the prevention of VTE.In this article the mechanism,usage,complication and efficacy of aspirin in preventing VTE were summarized.
