摘　　要： 目的:探讨慢性肝炎患者不同内涵下的生命质量并分析其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样,对240例门诊及住院慢性肝炎患者进行问卷调查,并进行统计描述、t检验和线性回归分析。结果:慢性肝炎患者生命质量效用值为EQ-5D-3L(0.857±0.171)、EQ-5D-5L(0.868±0.185)、ICECAP-A(0.811±0.154)。采用极差标准化法得到各量表的总分为EQ-5D-3L(87.04±16.13)、EQ-5D-5L(89.15±13.84)、VAS(72.99±16.24)、ICECAP-A(71.08±18.32)、EBQoL(65.17±17.93)分。不同体育锻炼情况、上个月健康状况、生活幸福感等13项因素均对慢性肝炎患者生命质量评分产生影响。结论:绝大部分受访者生理健康状态良好,但部分患者的心理健康、可行能力以及生存的自然环境与社会环境有待提高。 Objective: To explore the life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis under different connotations and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods: Questionnaire survey was conducted on 240 outpatients and hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis by convenient sampling. Statistical description, t-test and linear regression analysis were used. Results: The quality of life values of patients with chronic hepatitis were EQ-5 D-3 L(0.857±0.171), EQ-5 D-5 L(0.868±0.185) and ICECAP-A(0.811±0.154). The total scores of each scale were calculated by the range standardization method: EQ-5 D-3 L(87.04±16.13), EQ-5 D-5 L(89.15±13.84), VAS(72.99±16.24), ICECAP-A(71.08±18.32) and EBQoL(65.17±17.93). 13 factors(including physical exercises, health status and life happiness, etc.) had impacts on the quality of life scores of patients with chronic hepatitis. Conclusion: Most of the respondents who participated in the survey had good physical health status, but some patients still needed to improve their mental health status, viability,the natural environment and social environment.
