摘 要: 为提高网络运行效能,采用技术创新和管理创新相结合的方式,提出以专业协同为基础、智能调度为核心思想的运维调度模式,实现专业协同、智能预测、高效调度等功能,解决传统运维中调度颗粒度大、准确性差、缺乏预防性措施和效率低等难题,在运营商属于首次开发智能调度管控模式并投入实践应用的项目,具有良好的示范意义和推广价值。 In order to improve the efficiency of network operation, a scheduling model based on professional collaboration and intelligent scheduling is proposed by combining technical innovation with management innovation to realize the functions of professional coordination, intelligent prediction and efficient scheduling, and solve the problems of large particle size, poor accuracy,lack of preventive measures and low efficiency in traditional operation and maintenance. In the communication operator, it is first to develop intelligent scheduling control model and put into practice. It has good demonstration significance and promotion value.
