摘　　要： 跨性别交际是跨文化交际的一种重要形式。礼仪在跨性别交际中的冲突是很敏感的问题。男性和女性由于分属于不同的亚文化群体,在交际过程中难免表现出一定的礼貌问题(特妮1990:18)。这些礼貌问题有时会影响到交际活动的顺利进行,或是令交际双方产生交际误解,或是引起交际冲突。本文通过比较男女两性语言形式及交际风格探讨礼仪问题,旨在帮助人们了解不同性别的交际文化和交际方略,培养对交际礼仪的敏感性以及性别文化差异意识,以克服性别文化差异所导致的交际失败,以期为跨性别交际提供借鉴。 As an important form of cross-cultural communication, transgender communication is regarded as a sub-culture therein people interact with each other directly. Etiquette is very important in transgender communication. Coming from different sub-culture groups, both male and female cannot avoid behaving differently in terms of politeness. Sometimes problems related to politeness might hinder successful communicative activities, leading to misunderstandings, or even conflicts between the two parties. This paper approaches politeness on the basis of the analysis of the use of different linguistic forms and communication styles, aiming at a better understanding of transgender difference in using styles and strategies in communication. Moreover, this research also tries to explain how sensibility of etiquette of social intercourses and awareness of transgender cultural difference can be cultivated. Such research has far more significance in avoiding communicative failure between different sexes and promoting successful communication in our daily social interactions.
