摘　　要： 牙髓干细胞是外胚间充质来源的具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,随着组织工程技术的日益发展,其在各类生长因子诱导下成骨向分化体内外形成骨组织相关的研究愈来愈深入。本文就牙髓干细胞的成骨分化特性,能够诱导其成骨分化的生长因子的研究进展作一综述。 Dental pulp stem cell is an adult stem cell derived from ectodermal mesenchymal,possessing multi-directional differentiation potentials.With the development of tissue engineering,more and more further researches on osteogenic differentiation induced by various growth factors have been carried out.This paper reviews the research progress of the features of osteogenic differentiation and growth factors inducing osteogenic differentiation.
