摘　　要： "两微一端"(微信、微博、移动客户端)是"互联网+"背景下开展工会工作的新平台和新载体。通过对广东工会组织"两微一端"的实践剖析发现,工会干部对新媒介认知存在畏惧困难情绪、惯性依赖心理,媒介选取和运营呈现较大能力差异,媒介制作内容同质性较高、原创性较低。当前工会干部媒介素养尚处于初级发展阶段,要真正实现新媒介技术嵌入与工会干部媒介素养提升的深度融合,需要从技术嵌入到理念提升、个体发展到组织培育两个路径构建培育体系。 “Weibo,WeChat and News Apps”is a new platform and new carrier for developing trade union work under the background of“Internet plus”.Through the analysis of the practices of the“Weibo,WeChat and News Apps”of Guangdong trade unions,it is found that the trade union cadres have cognition fears on the new media and show the psychology of the inertia of dependence.The media selection and operation show great differences in capabilities.The media production content has high homogeneity and low originality.At present,the media literacy of trade union cadres is still at the primary level of development.In order to truly realize the deep integration of new media technology embedding and trade union cadres'media literacy promotion,we need to build a cultivation system through two paths:from the integration of technology embeddedness to concept promotion,from individual development to organization cultivation.
