摘　　要： 学习支持服务是慕课的重要组成部分,对于提高慕课交互和学习绩效具有重要意义。而网络直播作为一种新兴的在线娱乐或服务方式,具有第一时间性、现场感、同步交互性等特征。因此,文章基于ADDIE理论,即分析(Analysis)、设计(Design)、开发(Development)、实施(Implementation)、评价(Evaluation),构建了以网络直播为慕课学习支持服务的应用模式,借助网络直播的同步交互性解决慕课学习中交互不足的问题,以期为我国慕课的运营和慕课平台的改造具有借鉴和指导意义。 Learning support service is an important part of massive open online cources(MOOCs),which is of great significance for improving the interaction and learning performance of MOOCs.As a new type of online entertainment or service method,webcasting has the characteristics of first-timeliness,liveness,and synchronous interactivity.Therefore,based on the ADDIE(Analysis,Design,Development,Implemantation,Evaluation)theory,this paper established the application model of webcasting as the learning support service of MOOCs,and further solved the problem of insufficient interaction in MOOCs learning by means of the synchronous interactivity of webcasting.The research of this paper had reference and guiding significance on the operation of the MOOCs as well as the improvement of MOOCs platforms in China.
