摘 要: 本文建立了皮革及皮革制品中吡啶硫铜锌含量的HPLC检测方法。在酸性条件下,样品经正己烷脱脂后,用甲醇超声提取,经高效液相色谱仪分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,根据保留时间和光谱图定性,峰面积定量,以标准曲线法计算ZPT含量。该方法的检出限为1μg/mL,定量下限为3μg/mL,线性范围为(3~120)μg/mL,相关系数为r^2=0.999,相对标准偏差小于5%。该方法前处理简单方便,灵敏度高,分析时间短,适合大批量样品中ZPT的快速测定。 A method was developed for the determination of Zinc pyrithionein in leather and leather products by HPLC,qualitative by retention time and spectral,and quantitative by external method.The fat was eliminated by n- hexane,and ZPT was extracted with methanol,and analyzed by HPLC-DAD.The limit of detection(LOD)was 1μg/mL.The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 3μg/mL.The calibration curve showed a linear process from 3μg/mL to 120μg/mL,with a correlation of 0.999.The relative standard was less to 5%.The method was simple,convenient,and efficient.It was suitable for the determination of ZPT in leather and leather products in large quantities.
