摘 要: 对比了防火密封胶与阻燃密封胶、普通密封胶在标准、检测、性能要求等方面的差别;指出阻燃密封胶侧重于材料本身的难燃性,而防火密封胶侧重在应用中是否能保持结构整体的耐火性能。同时,通过对阻燃密封胶配方的优化设计,制备了陶瓷化防火硅酮密封胶,该密封胶能在1000℃高温下受火至少3h,符合标准GB 23864—2009《防火封堵材料》中耐火最高等级A3级的相关要求。 The article compares the differences of fire-proof sealant, anti-flaming sealant and common sealant from the aspects of standard, testing, performance requirements etc. It points out anti-flaming sealant focuses on the flammability of material itself; while fire-proof sealant places emphasis on whether the material application can keep the whole structure free from fire. Ceramic fire-proof silicone sealant is prepared by optimizing the formula of anti-flaming sealant, and this sealant can stand against fire for at least 3 hours at the temperature of 1 000 ℃. It can meet the requirements of grade A3 the highest grade fire-retardant stipulated in standard GB 23864--2009 "Fire retardant and sealing material".
