粤港澳大湾区高等教育发展状况及合作思考

摘  要: 广东与香港、澳门三地的高等教育各有特色,相互补充。广东高等教育学科的发展较为齐全,涵盖13大门类学科。香港的专上教育以大学教育资助委员会资助的8所高校为重点发展院校,政府推行的"卓越学科领域"计划使众多学科及高校进入世界学术前列。而澳门的葡萄牙语、拉丁语等专业有明显优势。三地的高等教育的相互补充,加之前期奠定了坚实的基础的合作,促进高等教育合作的进一步发展。三地高等教育需要继续加强学科建设合作、实现资源进一步共享、扩大合作办学等。与此同时,广东也应注意自身高等教育发展存在的不足,努力提高高等院校的自身实力,建设各具特色,相互促进的高等院校。 The higher education of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao has their own characteristics and complement each other. The development of higher education in Guangdong is relatively complete, covering 13 major disciplines. Hong Kong’s tertiary education focuses on the development of eight colleges and universities funded by the University Grants Committee(UGC). The implementation of the 'Domain of Excellence' program has brought lots of disciplines and universities to enter the world’s academic ranks. Portuguese, Latin and other majors in Macao have obvious advantages. The mutual complementarity of higher education in the Great Bay Area, together with the cooperation that laid a solid foundation in the earlier stage, promotes the further development of higher education cooperation. Higher education in the Great Bay Area still needs to strengthen cooperation in discipline construction, achieve further sharing of resources, and expand cooperation in running colleges and universities. Meanwhile, Guangdong should also pay attention to the shortcomings of the development of their own higher education, strive to improve its own strength and to build their own characteristics.
