摘　　要： 文章在分析创新高职人才培养模式重要性的基础上,阐述了工学结合人才培养模式的内涵和特征,提出实施工学结合人才培养模式必须把深化校企合作作为创新人才培养模式的基点,依据学校人才培养模式创新专业人才培养模式,同时要建设人才培养模式保障体系。 On the basis of analyzing the importance of cultivating the mode of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the combination of work and study, and puts forward that it is necessary to deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise as the starting point of innovation and talent training mode. Talent training mode innovation professional personnel training mode, at the same time to build a talent training mode security system.
