轮扣式钢管脚手架试验研究及有限元分析

摘  要: 轮扣式钢管脚手架具有传力明确、受力性能好等特点。为研究轮扣式钢管脚手架的结构性能,对两跨两步单元架体进行足尺试验研究;得到架体的破坏模式、极限承载力和荷载-位移曲线。采用有限元计算软件ANSYS对试验中的脚手架进行三维建模,并通过改变节点连接形式以及斜撑布置,进行非线性屈曲分析。通过试验与有限元分析对比研究表明:轮扣式钢管脚手架破坏类型为立杆屈曲破坏;节点的连接形式和连接刚度对轮扣式脚手架承载力具有很大的影响;斜撑对轮扣式钢管脚手架架体承载力有明显影响。 The wheel-coupler steel tubular scaffolding have some characteristics of a clear force,good performance.In order to study the mechanical properties of wheel-coupler steel scaffolding,a full scale test was conducted on the two-step two-step cell frame.The failure modes,ultimate bearing capacity and load-displacement curves were obtained.The general finite element software ANSYS was used to model the scaffolds in the experiment,and the nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out by changing the node connection form and whether the brackets were arranged.The finite element model was obtained which is consistent with the experimental results.Through the comparison between the experiment and the finite element analysis,it is shown that the broken type of wheel-coupler steel tubular scaffolding is the pole buckling damage.The connection form of the joint and the connection stiffness have great influence and diagonal bracing has a significant impact on the bearing capacity of the wheel-coupler steel tubular scaffolding.
