摘　　要： 目的评估手足口病风险指数运行情况,提出优化策略,为进一步优化传染病指数的发布形式和内容提供重要参考。方法应用指数回代验证方法,计算手足口病风险指数的预报一致率,应用Excel软件建立社区居民认知情况调查数据库,以SPSS17.0软件进行χ^2检验。结果 2017年8月2日-2018年11月6日,累计发布手足口病风险指数45期,其中Ⅰ级1次(2.2%),Ⅱ级8次(17.8%),Ⅲ级26次(57.8%),Ⅳ级10次(22.2%),预报一致率为77.8%(35/45)。共调查社区居民953人,手足口病风险指数知晓率为11.96%(114/953),罗湖区、宝安区、南山区3家商场周边社区居民的知晓率分别为19.50%、6.69%和9.66%,三个地区指数的知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=27.06,P<0.01)。分别有97.4%和99.1%的知晓手足口病风险指数的受访者表示基本相信指数提供的风险等级及执行指数提供的预防建议。结论手足口病风险指数预报一致率较高,具有良好的预警作用。但目前社区居民的知晓率较低,须针对重点人群加强健康宣传。 Objective To assess the operation of the risk index of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) and propose an optimal strategy, provide the important reference for further optimizing the publication form and content of infectious disease index.Methods The index regression verification method was used to calculate the prediction rate of the risk index of hand-foot-mouth disease. The database of community residents’ cognition survey was established by EXCEL,and SPSS17.0 was used for χ^2 test.Results From August 2, 2017 to November 6, 2018, a total of 45 hand-foot-mouth disease risk indexes were issued, including 1 time of Grade Ⅰ(2.2%), 8 times of Grade Ⅱ(17.8%), 26 times of Grade Ⅲ(57.8%),and 10 times of grade Ⅳ(22.2%).The prediction rate was 77.8%(35/45).In this survey, 953 community residents were involved. The whole awareness rate of hand-foot-mouth disease risk index was 11.96%(114/953)and the awareness rates of residents in the surrounding communities of Luohu district, Baoan district and Nanshan district were 19.50%, 6.69% and 9.66% respectively.The difference in awareness rates among these three regional indices was statistically significant(χ^2=27.06, P<0.01).97.4% and 99.1% of the respondents who were aware of hand-foot-mouth disease Risk Index basically believed in the provided risk level and the prevention recommendations.Conclusion The forecast of hand-foot-mouth disease risk index of is consistent and has a good early warning effect. However, the current awareness of community residents is low, and it is necessary to strengthen health promotion for focus groups.
