CBL联合OSCE模式在手术室护理教学中的应用

摘  要: 目的探讨案例中心教学法(CBL)联合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在手术室护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择广州中医药大学2014级本科护理学专业进入手术室临床实习的学生56名,按随机数字表法分为对照组31名和实验组25名。实验组采用CBL结合OSCE模式教学,对照组采用传统临床带教方法。为期1个月的实习后,采用OSCE客观评价实习学生手术室护理综合能力考核成绩,调查实验组学生对CBL联合OSCE教学模式教学效果评价。结果实验组综合考核成绩为(83.0±4.1)分,高于对照组的(71.0±4.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组学生对CBL联合OSCE教学模式评价均较高。结论 CBL联合OSCE模式在手术室护理教学的应用效果优于传统教学。 Objective To study the effect of case-based learning(CBL) combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) model in nursing teaching in OR. Methods 56 undergraduate students in grade 2014 of nursing major of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine entered the OR clinical practice were selected and divided into the control group(31 students) and the experimental group(25 students) according to the random digital table method. The experimental group was adopted CBL combined with OSCE model and the control group was adopted traditional clinical teaching methods. After the one-month internship ended, OSCE was used to objectively evaluate the performance of the comprehensive nursing ability of the two groups of students in the operating room, and the evaluation of the CBL and OSCE teaching model was investigated by the experimental group. Results The overall assessment score of the experimental group was(73.0 ± 3.1) points, which was higher than that of the control group of(71.0 ± 3.3) points, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The students in the experimental group evaluated the CBL and OSCE teaching model highly. Conclusion CBL combined with OSCE model is better than traditional teaching in OR nursing teaching.
