摘　　要： 目的:通过调查癌症患者灵性健康状况,分析癌症患者灵性状况总体水平及影响因素。方法:采用配额抽样和方便抽样的方法选择2018年3月1日~7月31日在广州市某三级甲等肿瘤医院就诊的408例患者为调查对象,使用中文版灵性量表调查癌症患者灵性健康状况。采用单因素Logistic回归方法对灵性健康状况及影响因素进行分析。结果:灵性量表总分为(26.620±8.581)分,意义维度得分最高、信念维度得分最低,癌症患者灵性健康状况处于中等水平;与癌症患者灵性水平有统计学差异的变量为年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况和疾病分期。结论:癌症患者灵性状况总体处于中等水平,年龄>60岁、文化程度大专及以上、已婚、疾病分期较早的癌症患者灵性健康状况较好。 Objective:To analyze the overall level of spiritual status of cancer patients and the influencing factors through investigating the spiritual health status of cancer patients.Methods:A total of 408 patients admitted to a third-Grade Class-A cancer hospital in Guangzhou from March 1,2018 to July 31,2018 were selected as survey objects by quota sampling and convenience sampling.Chinese version of spirituality scale was used to investigate the spiritual health status of cancer patients.Univariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the spiritual health status and influencing factors.Results:The total score of spirituality scale was(26.620±8.581),with the highest score in the meaning dimension and the lowest score in the belief dimension.The level of spiritual health of cancer patients was at the middle.The variables that were statistically different from the spiritual level of cancer patients were age,education level,marital status and disease stage.Conclusion:The spiritual health status of cancer patients was generally in the middle level,and the spiritual health status of cancer patients was better at the age over 60 years,college degree or above education,married,and early stage of disease.
