摘 要: 现代学徒制是一种全新的教育方式,其优点在于将师父的经验传授于学生,为学生提供契合度更高的实践技能。但是在推进现代学徒制的过程中也不难发现,师徒双方都存在一定的参与动能匮乏现象。基于此,需要从人本角度予以审视,为现代学徒制创建全新的开展途径,以期优化和完善培养机制,促进现代学徒制的全面开展,并达到预期的教育效果。 Modern apprenticeship is a brand-new mode of education.Its advantage lies in imparting Master's experience to students and providing them with more practical skills.However,in the process of advancing modern apprenticeships,it is not difficult to find that both men and women have a certain lack of participation in kinetic energy.Based on this,it is necessary to examine from the perspective of humanism and create a brand-new way for modern apprenticeship,in order to optimize and improve the training mechanism,promote the comprehensive development of modern apprenticeship,and achieve the desired educational effect.
