摘　　要： 目的探讨微动力负压护创敷料在门诊患者深Ⅱ度烧伤创面中的应用效果,并总结护理经验,为临床提供一种有效创面护理方法。方法选取在本院门诊就诊换药的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予常规换药方法,试验组患者给予微动力负压护创敷料换药方法。比较两组患者愈合天数及换药次数、疼痛评分、伤口二次创伤评分、伤口周围皮肤评分情况。结果两组患者疼痛评分、二次创伤评分及伤口周围皮肤评分情况比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,试验组患者疼痛评分、二次创伤评分低于对照组,伤口周围皮肤评分高于对照组;两组患者换药次数、愈合天数比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,试验组患者换药次数、愈合天数少于或短于对照组。结论微动力负压护创敷料在门诊深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的应用具有可加快创面愈合,减少换药频率及减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effects of the micro-dynamic negative pressure wound technique (MDNPWT) on deep partial burn wounds. Methods A total of 60 patients with deep partial burn wounds were randomly divided into trial group and control group with 30 cases in each. The trial group was treated with MDNPWT and the control group with routine dressing. The two groups were compared in terms of healing time,times of dressing change,skin condition,wound secondary damage scores and pain intensity scores. Results The average healing time of the MDNPWT group was shorter than that of the control group. The frequency of dressing change in the MDNPWT group was less than that in the control group. The pain intensity scores and secondary damage scores in MDNPWT group were shorter than those of the control group;the scores of the skin around the wound was higher than that of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion MDNPWT is effective in the acceleration of wound recovery,infection prevention,reduction of dressing change,and relief of the dressing pain,thus it deserves clinical application.
