摘 要: 在高职院校人才培养中,顶岗实习是一个非常关键的环节。建立有效的顶岗实习评价体系能够对学生顶岗实习进行有效监督和管理。基于360度绩效考核的高职院校顶岗实习评价体系构建进行探析,分析了以往高职院校顶岗实习评价体系存在的不足,阐述了基于360度绩效考核评价体系的优点,并提出了顶岗实习评价体系构建措施,旨在为高职院校顶岗实习管理提供一定的参考。 In the personnel training of Higher Vocational colleges,on-the-job practice is a very key link.Establishing an effective evaluation system of on-the-job practice can effectively supervise and manage students’ on-the-job practice.This paper probes into the construction of the evaluation system of post practice in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on 360-degree performance appraisal, analyses the shortcomings of the former evaluation system of post practice in Higher Vocational colleges,expounds the advantages of the evaluation system based on 360-degree performance appraisal,and puts forward the measures for the construction of the evaluation system of Post Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on 360-degree performance appraisal,in order to provide some reference for people.
