摘　　要： 采用控制变量法探究卡波姆形成凝胶的最优条件,根据其水化程度和粘度来检验凝胶材料的稳定性,通过比较猪牙齿及瓷片上的除垢情况来探究卡波姆凝胶的美白效果,并把优化后的实验方案引入到《材料化学实验》课堂中。基于学生的实验效果及课后问卷调查的反馈信息,对教学实践进行客观分析和评价。结果表明该教学案例符合材料化学专业应用型人才培养的要求,可作为该专业的创新性实验课程。 The experimental conditions of carbomer gel formation were optimized by applying the control variable method.The gel stability was tested according to its hydration and viscosity.The whitening effect of pig teeth and porcelain chip by carbomer gel was also explored.This optimal experiment was designed and introduced into the material chemistry experimental lecture.Based on survey of class effect and questionnaire after the lecture,the teaching process was objectively investigated and evaluated.It turned out that this teaching case was suitable for achieving the goal of training“application-type”talents,which can be recommended as an example in the innovative experimental course.
