摘　　要： 目的探讨义齿泡腾片法护理Hawley保持器对正畸后患者口腔卫生的影响。方法选择在我院直丝弓固定矫治器进行正畸治疗并结束的患者60例,将其采用随机编号的方法等分成对照组和试验组。对照组仅使用软毛牙刷机械摩擦清洁Hawley保持器,试验组同时配合使用义齿泡腾片。在佩戴Hawley保持器1周及第1,3,6个月时预约患者复查Hawley保持器与牙齿接触组织面对应牙面的软垢指数(DI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙石指数(CI)以及Hawley保持器组织面的软垢指数(RI),并进行统计学分析。结果两组患者在第3个月和第6个月时DI、RI指数组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者第6个月DI、RI指数均明显高于第1周(P<0.05),对照组患者第6个月DI、RI指数均明显高于第1周(P<0.05);两组患者第6个月时CI指数组间及与同组第1周时的CI指数比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者第6个月时PLI指数明显高于第1周(P<0.05),对照组患者第6个月时PLI指数明显高于第1周(P<0.05)。结论义齿泡腾片对牙面软垢、Hawley保持器组织面软垢均有较好的降低作用,对抑制牙石也具有一定的效果,但并未表现出对菌斑更有效的抑制效果,因此仍然需要重视日常对保持器的刷洗护理以及每6个月1次的定期常规洗牙护理。 Objective To explore the effect of denture effervescent tablet nursing of Hawley retainer on the oral hygiene of patients after orthodontics.Methods To select 60 cases of patients who underwent orthodontic treatment by the straight wire arch fixed appliance in our hospital as research subjects and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random numbering.The control group only used a soft-bristled toothbrush to mechanically clean the Hawley retainer,and the experimental group also used a denture effervescent tablet.The patient was asked to review the debris index(DI),plaque index(PLI),and calculus index(CI)of the corresponding tooth surface of the Hawley retainer in contact with the tooth on the 1st,3rd,and 6th month after wearing the Hawley maintainer,as well as the retainer debris index(RI)of the Hawley retainer tissue surface,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results The DI and RI index comparison between the two groups were statistically significant at the 3rd and 6th months(P<0.05).The DI and RI indexes of the experimental group were significantly higher in the 6th month than in the 1st week(P<0.05).The DI and RI indexes of the control group were significantly higher in the 6th month than in the 1st week(P<0.05).The CI index of the 6th month of the two groups was statistically significant compared with the 1st week of the same group or between the groups(P<0.05).At the 6th month,the PLI index of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the first week(P<0.05),and the PLI index was significantly higher in the control group at the 6th month than in the first week(P<0.05).Conclusion The denture effervescent tablet has a good effect on the soft scale of the tooth surface and the soft surface of the Hawley retainer.It also has a certain effect on inhibiting the calculus,but it does not show a more effective inhibitory effect on the plaque.Therefore,it is still necessary to pay attention to daily brushing care of the retainer and regular tooth washing care every 6 mont
