摘　　要： 文章从学院研究生教务员工作内容入手,研究当今全新时代研究生教学管理工作面临的困难和挑战,以及研究生教务员如何适应这个新时代,更好地服务于研究生教学改革和培养高素质的研究生人才的目的。 The article starts with the work content of the postgraduate academic administrators, studies the difficulties and challenges faced by postgraduate teaching management in the new era, and how the postgraduate academic staff can adapt to this new era, better serve the purpose of postgraduate teaching reform and cultivate high-quality postgraduate talents.
