摘 要: 针对当前资产巡检模式的局限性,基于人工智能和物联网技术能力,提出了一套智能化的资产巡检系统。该系统通过在待检资产内预置物联网终端对资产信息进行采集和无线回传,后台通过人工智能图像识别算法进行分析,判断资产的实际使用情况,生成巡检报告并对目标用户进行呈现。该系统降低了传统人工巡检方式的成本投入,防范了对巡检结果的人为可操作性,能够切实高效地实现对远端资产的监控和管理。 In view of the limitations of the current remote assets inspection methods,it proposes an intelligent asset inspection system based on AI and IoT technologies. The system collects terminal data through IoT module installed inside the asset,and sends the data back to the background system.The data is identified and analyzed by artificial intelligence image recognition algorithm,which can be used to judge the actual use of the asset. Then the system pushes a patrol report to the client side. The system reduces the cost of the traditional manual inspection method,as well as the maneuverability of the inspection results,and it provides a greatly efficient method to monitor and manage the remote assets.
