摘　　要： 通识教育是高等教育面向全体学生所实施的一种综合素质教育。实施通识教育是大学生全面发展的需要,也是高职院校创新发展的需要,高职院校的人才培养应厘清通识教育的理念与思路,正确看待专业技能教育和通识教育两者的关系,秉持通识教育与专业技能教育融通的观念,借力新媒体技术将通识教育贯穿于高职教育的全过程,建立健全通识教育管理与教学运行制度、评价与考核制度,确定通识教育课程体系,完善网络通识资源库建设,整合资源,多方协作,多元考虑,实现教育的整体优化,最终达到培养健全的人的目的。 General education is a kind of comprehensive quality education in higher education for all students.To carry out general education is the need of all-round development of higher vocational students.Higher vocational colleges should make clear the vision of general education,correctly treat the relationship between professional education and general education,uphold the concept of integration of general education and professional education,using new media technology to run general education through the whole process of higher vocational education,establish and perfect the system of general education management and teaching operation,evaluation and assessment system,determine the general education curriculum system,improve the construction of network general knowledge resource base,integrate resources,multi-cooperation and multi-consideration,to achieve the overall optimization of education.To achieve the ultimate goal of training a healthy person.
