摘　　要： 目的探讨使用高三尖杉酯碱(HHT)治疗JAK2V617F突变的真性红细胞增多症(PV)的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年10月收治的29例JAK2V617F突变的PV患者,随机分为两组。对照组(10例)采用干扰素或羟基脲治疗,观察组(19例)采用HHT治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、临床缓解期及不良反应情况。结果治疗6个月、 12个月后,观察组的有效率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组中, 13例患者均持续缓解,其中6例持续缓解12个月以上,观察组的中位缓解期为11个月,较对照组的7个月有明显延长。观察组不良反应轻微,对照组不良反应较为严重。结论采用HHT治疗JAK2V617F突变的PV,可增加临床治疗有效率,延长患者的缓解时间,且不良反应轻微可耐受,是一种有效的治疗手段,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of homoharringtonine(HHT)in the treatment of JAK2V617F mutation polycythemia vera(PV).Methods 29 cases of patients with JAK2V617F mutation PV admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(10 cases)was treated with interferon or hydroxyurea,while the observation group(19 cases)was treated with HHT.The clinical curative effect,clinical remission time and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results 6 months and 12 months after treatment,the effective rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In observation group,13 cases of patients relieved continuously,among which 6 cases relieved more than 12 months.The median remission time of the observation group was 11 months,significantly longer than 7 months of the control group.Adverse reactions in the observation group were mild,and those in the control group were more serious.Conclusions HHT in the treatment of JAK2V617F mutation PV can improve the clinical treatment effective rate,prolong patients'remission time,with slight and tolerable adverse reactions,which is an effective treatment and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
