摘　　要： 全球创新中心是以科技成果转化及其产业化、商业化为核心的产业和经济发达的中心城市或区域。世界科技和经济中心的四次转移现象表明,社会经济的快速发展及其需求牵动是科技创新中心转移的根本动力。随着科技与经济的联系日益紧密,科学技术的发展不再是漫无边际的自然探索,而是牢牢抓住人类社会发展需求而进行有目的性的创新活动。现今,以国家为主体的科技中心转向了以城市为主体的创新中心竞争格局。创新中心的形成不再以原材料、设备、土地等物质资源投入为主,而是依托人才为核心的知识、技术、信息、资本等创新资源的聚集与利用为支撑,是创新资源聚集、融合、涌现、整合、开发与利用的过程,并以城市作为创新中心的角度来考察全球创新资源的集聚与利用模式。 The global innovation hub is developed city or area with the core of scienttfic and technological achievements commerci^tion.The four times tr肋sfer phenomenon of出e world scientific and economic hub indicates Aat the driving force is development mand of social economy.With the strengthening relation between science and economy,development of sciences and technologies is for satisfying the social developing demands.The sustainable developments of sciences,technologies and economies are the results of innovation resources competition in different cities or nations.The formation of innovation hub depends on gathering and using of knowledge,technologies information and capital innovation resources,not only the material resources.So,it is a gathering,fusing,emerging,integrating,researching and using process of the innovation resources.The paper also analyses the gathering and using modes of global in-novation resources from perspective of cities.
