摘 要: 为定量评价临兴地区致密砂岩两层合采产能干扰程度,利用直径25mm的砂岩柱塞模拟石盒子组上段和下段致密砂岩地层,柱塞入口接定容量衰减高压空气模拟地层能量变化,柱塞温度为试采获得地层实际温度46~50℃,柱塞出口压力模拟现场试采油压1.5~4.5 MPa。试验测定柱塞入口压力衰减由15 MPa至14.5 MPa时,临兴地区石盒子组上下段致密砂岩单层独立开发模拟试验气体平均流速为187.57~2553.50mL/min;两枚柱塞出口并联模拟试验气体平均流速为157.79~2358.07mL/min。定义致密砂岩柱塞并联试验气体平均流速相对单层独立试验平均流速降幅为合采单层干扰指数D_o,并联试验气体总流速均值相对两枚柱塞单层独立试验平均流速之和的降幅为整体干扰指数Da。14枚砂岩柱塞合采试验计算得到D_o范围为0.80%~15.88%,Da范围为1.83%~10.13%。研究表明,临兴地区致密砂岩两层合采初期层间流体回灌是现场合采产能低的主要诱因。合采地层井口压力差越小、地层渗透率比值越大,合采产能干扰程度越小。研究为临兴地区致密砂岩两层合采地层组合选择、地层工艺参数提供选择试验依据。 To quantitatively evaluate the interference degree of dual reservoir commingling production of tight sand gas in Linxing area.Take sandstone plugs with diameter of25mm to emulate the Upper and Lower Shihezi formation,connect the entrance of sandstone plug to constant volume of high pressure air that damping natural to emulate the condition of stratum energy.The formation temperature was46°C to50°C and the outlet pressure was wellhead tubing pressure that among1.5MPa to4.5MPa.The entrance pressure of plug damped from15MPa to14.5MPa during experiment,the average flow velocity of gas out of sandstone plug in single layer independent development was among187.57mL/min to2553.50m L/m in;when2layers of sandstone plugs in parallel connection,the average flow of outlet from the two plugs was157.79mL/min?2358.07mL/min.The single layer interference index of commingling was expressed as D.,which represented for decreasing rate of average flow velocity which compare parallel connection test with single layer test.The whole interference index was expressed as Da,which represented for decreasing rate of flow velocity which compare the mean value of total flow velocity in parallel connection experiment with independence experiment for the sum of flow velocity of two plugs.According to the experimental consequence of fourteen sandstone plugs,D.was among0.80%to188%and Da was among1.83%to10.1%.Researches showed that the primary cause of low commingling production in field was the interlamination flow backward in the initial stage of dual reservoir commlingled production.The lower wellhead pressure and higher specific value of permeability of formation in favor of commingled production,the conclusion above has provided the basis of combination selection of formation in dual reservoir commingled formation and the selection of formation technological parameter of tight sandstone gas in Linxing area.
