地铁出入口矩形顶管施工技术研究

摘  要: 城市地铁车站主要修建在现阶段或未来规划人员密集、交通流量大的区域位置,多造成地铁出入口多下穿城市主干道、且周边环境复杂,无法进行明挖顺做施工,因此出入口矩形顶管施工法应运而生。通过某工程实例,分析出顶管设备选型、顶管始发接收、掘进风险,重点对地表沉降、渣土改良、液化土掘进等施工难点进行研究,指导现场施工。 Tthe urban subway station is mainly built at the present stage or in the future,where the planning personnel are dense and the traffic flow is large. Most of the subway stations cause more and more subway entrance and exit in the main road,and the surrounding environment is complex,so the construction method of the rectangular pipe jacking can not be carried out. Therefore,the rectangular pipe jacking construction method of the exit and entrance arises at the historic moment. Through an engineering example,this paper analyzes the selection of the top pipe equipment,the beginning of the pipe jacking and the risk of driving,and focuses on the research on the difficulties of the ground settlement,the improvement of the residual soil and the excavation of the liquefied soil,guiding the site construction.
