摘　　要： 在全国大力推进实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,结合广东省乡村实际情况,总结了广东省实施乡村振兴战略需解决的关键问题,指出乡村、镇居民综合文化素质是乡村振兴的根本制约因素,乡村环境保护是乡村振兴的前提条件,城乡发展演替规律是乡村振兴规划的基础。提出了提升乡村乡镇居民综合文化素质的措施,乡村振兴环境保护的工作方向和乡村乡镇规划人口规模控制的基本方法,以期为广东省乡村振兴战略规划的实施与推进提供参考。 Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,key problems to be solved in implementation of rural revitalization strategy in Guangdong province were summarized,based on actual situation of rural areas in Guangdong province.It was pointed out that comprehensive cultural quality of rural and town residents is fundamental restrictive factor for rural revitalization.Rural environmental protection was prerequisite for rural revitalization;and the law of urban and rural development succession was basis of rural revitalization planning.Some measures were put forward to improve comprehensive cultural quality of rural residents,which provide a reference for implementation and promotion of Guangdong rural revitalization strategy planning.
