摘　　要： 目的:探讨急诊预检分诊信息化结合预挂号新模式在急诊科应用效果。方法:选取2019年1-6月笔者所在医院急诊外科救治的87例创伤患者为对照组,采用传统急诊就诊护理模式;选取2019年7-12月笔者所在医院急诊外科救治的91例创伤患者为研究组,采用急诊预检分诊信息化结合预挂号新模式指导下的护理干预措施。比较两组分诊准确率、抢救等待时间及护理满意度。结果:研究组分诊准确率及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,抢救等待时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用急诊预检分诊信息化结合预挂号新模式可以明显提高急救护理质量、缩短抢救等待时间以赢得有效救治时间,提升严重创伤患者护理满意度,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of new mode of emergency triage information system combined with pre-registration in emergency department.Method:A total of 87 cases of trauma patients treated in our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the control group,and the patients were treated with the traditional emergency medical care mode.A total of 91 cases of trauma patients treated in our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as the study group,and the patients were treated with nursing intervention measures under the guidance of the new mode of emergency triage information system combined with pre-registration.The triage accuracy,waiting time for rescue and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The triage accuracy and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the waiting time for rescue was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the new mode of emergency triage information system combined with pre-registration can significantly improve the quality of emergency care,shorten the waiting time for rescue to win the effective treatment time,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with severe trauma,which is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
