摘 要: 目的:探讨颈椎牵引、针灸推拿及运动训练综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年6月~2019年6月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者46例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各23例。对照组采用针灸推拿治疗,研究组采用颈椎牵引、针灸推拿及运动训练综合治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后肌力、疼痛及生活质量(躯体健康评分、心理健康评分)评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后肌力、躯体健康和生理健康评分均明显高于治疗前,疼痛评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后肌力、躯体健康和生理健康评分显著高于对照组,疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎牵引、针灸推拿及运动训练综合治疗神经根型颈椎病患者临床疗效显著,可减轻患者疼痛,有效提高患者肌力和生活质量。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cervical traction,acupuncture and massage and exercise training in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,46 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected as the research objects.The patients in accordance with the random number table into the control group and the study group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and massage only;the study group was treated with cervical traction,acupuncture and massage and exercise training.The clinical efficacy,muscle strength,pain degree,and quality of life(physical health score,mental health score)of the two groups were compared after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group;the scores of muscle strength,physical health and physical health in two groups after treatment were significantly higher those that before treatment,and the scores of pain were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).While the scores of muscle strength,physical health and physical health in the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of pain were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of cervical traction,acupuncture and massage,and exercise training has a significant clinical effect on patients with radicular cervical spondylosis,which can reduce the pain of patients and effectively improve the muscle strength and quality of life of patients.
