摘　　要： 目的分析个性化护理干预在躁狂症患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年12月~2018年12月接收治疗的92例躁狂症患者作为本次研究的对象,按照不同的护理方式将其分作两组,各组46例。其中,甲组患者给予常规护理干预,乙组患者给以个性化护理干预,对两组患者的护理后的精神状况、治疗依从以及躁狂程度进行比较。结果乙组患者治疗依从性明显高于甲组,且乙组患者治疗后的精神状态较甲组好,躁狂症评分也低于甲组,对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对躁狂症患者采取个性化护理干预对患者精神状态的改善,还是治疗配合度及依从性方面都有很好的效果,临床上值得推广使用。 Objective To analyse the effect of personalized nursing interventions in the care of patients with mania.Methods The 92 patients with mania who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 46 patients in each group.Among them,the patients in group A were given routine nursing interventions,and patients in group B were given personalized nursing interventions.The patients’mental status,treatment compliance,and degree of mania were compared between two groups.Results The patients in group B had significantly higher treatment compliance than group A,and the mental status of patients in group B was better than that in group A,and the mania score was lower than that in group A.The comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The personalized nursing intervention for patients with mania can improve the patient's mental state.It still has good effects in terms of treatment coordination and compliance,which is worthy of clinical application.
