摘　　要： 目的观察茵栀黄口服液治疗早产儿静脉营养相关性胆汁淤积症(parenteral nutrition associated cholestasis,PNAC)的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月至2019年6月本院收治的35例PNAC早产儿,随机分为治疗组(n=19)和对照组(n=16),对照组给予熊去氧胆酸片口服利胆治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用茵栀黄口服液治疗。观察两组治疗前后血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、血清总胆汁酸(TBA)的变化。结果治疗组总胆红素(TBIL)、结合胆红素(DBIL)、胆汁酸(TBA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组相关生化指标无明显下降,差异无统计学意义。结论应用茵栀黄口服液治疗早产儿PNAC疗效显著,具有明显的利胆、退黄、保肝作用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of preterm infants parenteral nutrition associat ed cholestasis.Methods A total of 35 premature PNAC infants admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=19)and control group(n=16).The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)cholagogic therapy,the treat ment group was treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid on the basis of control group.The changes of ALT,TBIL,DBIL and TBA before and after treat ment were observed in two groups.Results The levels of ALT,TBIL,DBIL,TBA in treatment group were decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in treating premature infants with PNAC has a significant effect,and it has obvi ous choleretic,yellowing and liver protection effects.
