基于棉线上显色长度和灰度值快速测定茶多酚

摘  要: 建立了基于棉线微通道测定茶多酚的方法。茶多酚与酒石酸亚铁在棉线上发生络合显色反应,根据浓度与灰度值的关系建立标准曲线,测定了茶叶中茶多酚的含量,测定结果与标准方法比较接近。另外,由于茶多酚与亚铁离子发生反应形成的有色络合物在棉线上吸附,导致有色络合物在棉线上沉积形成色带,建立色带长度-浓度的标准曲线测定茶多酚含量。这两种方法均具有快速、经济、易携带等特点。基于色带长度的方法甚至不需使用相机拍照,也不需使用图片处理软件,仅需用尺子量出长度即可完成定量分析,在环境监测、食品控制与医疗诊断方面有广泛的应用前景。 Method for the determination of tea polyphenols is proposed with cotton thread.Reaction was occurred between tea polyphenols and chromogenic reagents,generating colored complex.The linear relationship between color intensity and concentration of tea polyphenols was used to detect the contents of tea polyphenols in tea extracts.Furthermore,colored complex was deposited onto cotton thread,producing a colored band on thread.The linear relationship between the colored band length and concentration of tea polyphenols could be used to detect tea polyphenols.The length-based method has advantages of low cost,easy operation and free of any electronic instruments,which may be very promising in development of point-of-care analytical platforms for environmental testing,food safety control and diagnostic testing.
