护理实习生对儿科护理认知及儿科护理从业意愿的调查分析

摘  要: 目的探讨护理实习生对儿科护理认知及从事儿科护理意愿的情况。方法选取2018年毕业且在医疗机构实习的护理实习生222名为研究对象,自行设计编制“护理实习生儿科认知和从业意愿调查”,调查其儿科护理认知及儿科护理从业意愿。共发放问卷222份,回收问卷222份,其中有效问卷204份。结果本组204名护理实习生中有60%及以上认为儿科工作量繁重且压力大,医患纠纷易发,儿科护理对从业者的专业技术能力、沟通协调能力要求高,且儿科护理人员紧缺,但职业发展空间较大。毕业后愿意从事儿科护理工作占36.67%。结论改善儿科护理执业环境,针对护理实习生进行儿科医患沟通技巧培训和情景演练,可提高实习生抗干扰能力,做好儿科护理人才储备工作。 Objective To investigation the condition of nursing interns'cognition of pediatric nursing and their practicing willingness.Methods To select 222 nursing interns who graduated in 2018 and internships in medical institutions as a study object.and prepare the self-designed“paediatric cognition and practicing willingness survey for nursing interns”to investigate their cognition of pediatric nursing and their practicing willingness.A total of 222 questionnaires were distributed and 222 questionnaires were returned,of which 204 were valid questionnaires.Results The 60%or more of the 204 nursing interns in this group believe that pediatric work was heavy and stressful,and doctor-patient disputes were easy to occur.Pediatric nursing required high professional skills,communication and coordination skills of practitioners,and pediatric nursing staff was shortage,but there was a large space for career development.After graduation,he was willing to engage in pediatric nursing work,accounting for 36.67%.Conclusion Improving the pediatric nursing practice environment,training pediatric doctors and patients communication skills training and situational exercises for nursing interns could improve the interfering ability of interns and do a good job in pediatric nursing talent reserve.
