摘　　要： 以巴基斯坦某燃煤电厂为例,介绍了国外燃煤电厂项目前期开发及购电协议谈判阶段提供电厂全寿命周期性能保证曲线的方法和策略。基于反平衡法计算全厂效率的方法与公式,计算和分析了向该燃煤电厂建议提供的全寿命周期性能保证曲线,并提出了处理类似问题的基本思路。 Taking a coal-fired power plant in Pakistan as an example,the methods and strategies for providing the full-life cycle performance guarantee curve of the power plant during the primary stage for development and negotiation stage for power purchase agreement in the overseas project for coal-fired power plant were introduced.Based on the method and formula of calculating the efficiency of the whole plant through the inverse balance method,the full-life cycle performance guarantee curve proposed to the coal-fired power plant was calculated and analyzed,and the basic ideas for dealing with similar issues were proposed.
