摘　　要： 高校党建和“立德树人”关系到中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的培养,是新时代高校两大重点工作。高校要落实“立德树人”根本任务,必须紧紧围绕服务新时代高校改革与发展大局,牢固树立以党建工作为引领、以“立德树人”为目标,借助“五大课堂”立体化平台,从而探索方向正确、制度规范、队伍可靠、融合有效的“立德树人”与党建工作机制,形成“党建育人”新模式和全面落实“立德树人”教育常态化和长效化。 Party building in higher education institutions and fostering virtue through education have a bearing on nurturing a new generation of capable young people who are well-prepared to join the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is the key layout of the work in higher education institutions in the new era.For the basic task to foster virtue through education,the institutions must focus on maintaining the reform and development of higher education institutions,with Party building as the guide and fostering virtue through education as the aim.“Five classes” multifaceted platform can be designed to explore a working mechanism which is well-directed,standardized,with trustworthy talents and effective integration,for a new pattern of “educating people by Party building” and for the normalization and long effectiveness in fostering virtue through education.
