摘　　要： 目的分析CT与MRI在股骨头坏死诊断中的应用意义。方法选择股骨头坏死患者113例,均行CT与MRI检查,比较两种检查结果。结果经CT检查股骨头坏死81例,经MRI检查股骨头坏死100例,MRI检查准确率为88.50%,明显高于CT检查准确率71.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT、MRI检查均可在一定程度诊断股骨头坏死,但后者准确率较高。 Objective To analyze the application of CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.Methods A total of 113 patients with femoral head necrosis diagnosed in our hospital were enrolled.All patients underwent CT and MRI.The results of the two tests were compared.Results The 81 cases of femoral head necrosis were diagnosed by CT examination,100 cases of femoral head necrosis were diagnosed by MRI examination.The accuracy rate of MRI examination was 88.50%,which was significantly higher than that of CT examination 71.68%(P<0.05).Conclusion Both CT and MRI can diagnose femoral head necrosis to a certain extent,but the accuracy of the latter is higher.
